As International Sales Manager, you will be based in our Burleigh Office and will report directly to the Managing Director. This role will see you taking full ownership of our sales functions, including the domestic, New Zealand, South Pacific and the Americas markets. 

The Position

You will be leading an already highly achieving team of sales managers, sales representatives and agents.  You will also head up all customer service functions.  You will lead, coordinate and drive new business opportunities through wholesale (B2B) & on-line (B2C) distribution channels. 

As a guru of strategic process, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team.  You will:

·  Identify, propose and implement strategic sales plans.  These plans, being both short and long term for the domestic and international markets.  Your ultimate aim: to increase sales, open new accounts and drive market expansion.

·  Prepare sales strategies, budgets, business plans, and relevant business reporting

·  Monitor and review current/potential market developments. Implement more effective sales strategies to achieve planned goals.

·  Ensure sales targets and objectives are aligned with the company’s direction.

·  Ensure product and customer service quality standards are consistently achieved

·  Inspire, support and guide a well-established sales team to drive further revenue growth

·  Conduct range presentations for key partners for each seasonal market

·  Monitor, review & track brand plans monthly

Position Vacant: Sales Rep - Gold Coast/Brisbane/Key Accounts


The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic and results driven Key Accounts / Sales Rep to grow and nurture our business throughout the Gold Coast and Brisbane CBD territory.  This is a perfect opportunity for an energetic and experienced Sales Rep - the sky is the limit!

Based out of our Head Office in Burleigh, you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Each week will be very different and will require you to be flexible in your approach to the needs of your clients and territory.  You will be required to balance both office work including working within excel spreadsheets and our ERP whilst on the road servicing existing business and identifying new opportunities. 

You will also be responsible for:

·  Achieving and exceeding expectations whilst working independently

·  Achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the territory

·  Personally contacting and securing new business accounts/customers within an assigned territory and/or market segment.

·  Embracing our culture and executing our company vision

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·  An eye for detail and visual merchandising experience

·  Ability to keep your product knowledge up-to-date and put it to good use

·  Great communication skills, including being able to influence, and work well with a variety of people

·  Be able to regularly travel within the territory

·  Proactive approach to problem – solving

·  Confidence to ‘cold call’

·  Strong organizational and time management skills

·  A disciplined and strong work ethic who has exceptional open and honest communication

The Position

Based in our Burleigh Head Office, you will be reporting to the Inventory and Production Manager, and will be part of a tight knit team who values attention to detail, open communication and someone who is highly organised and can prioritise their workload.

You will be responsible for:

·  Planning, creating, and taking responsibility for development & production timelines/critical paths.

·  Coordinating production & scheduling across the Earth Nymph and Pacific Creations brands to meet timelines and ensure delivery dates are achieved.

·  Quality control across all Earth Nymph and Pacific Creations products

·  Sourcing and managing supply chain.

·  Managing costing’s and price negotiations with suppliers based on agreed target prices and set margins.

·  Placing and monitoring Purchase Orders with suppliers to ensure shipping dates are met

·  Maintaining

About You

To be successful you will need:

·  Previous experience in a similar role working with clothing and accessories

·  Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills to successfully juggle many demanding tasks at once

·  Excellent computer skills, including Excel

·  To possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal

·  To be able to travel globally. i.e. Australia, China, India

·  The ability to multitask and work on a broad range of products across the two brands

·  An understanding of patternmaking, grading would be an advantage but not essential

The Position

Based in the Burleigh head office, with a global responsibility, this role has both day to day responsibility as well as the ability to impact the strategic direction of the business. To be successful in this role you will have extensive leadership experience gained from a fast paced and continually changing manufacturing environment, including experience working with production, maintenance, quality control, continuous improvement and WH&S functions. You must be able to lead change and drive results with a focus on lean processes and increasing employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

·  Empower supervisors to drive best practice warehouse processes and ensure output, accuracy and wastage KPIs are achieved

  • Drive a quality culture through all aspects of site operations and property maintenance
  • Overlaying a continuous improvement approach and identifying and implementing profit improvement opportunities
  • Manage major suppliers and associated contracts through best practice procurement process

·  Working closely with the design and production teams to plan warehouse and logistics resources to meet business requirements

  • To achieve efficient manufacture of the company's products through effective assessment and control of the available manpower, materials and machinery

·  Ensure company compliance with statutory obligations including safe work practices, work place compliance, on site procedures and fire industry regulations

  • Providing a strong point of advocacy for internal customers and suppliers

About You

  • At least 5 years’ experience in an equivalent role, tertiary qualifications will be looked upon favorably
  • Strong communications skills including experience in dealing with major supplier contracts
  • Sound administration and project management skills with ability to organise and develop large teams with competing deadlines 
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in Warehouse operations, labour planning, inventory management systems and transport logistics
  • Knowledge of OH&S requirements and obligations
  • Computer competency including MS Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook) and exposure to ERP or WMS.
  • Able to think logically, develop and deliver practical solutions to a growing business
  • Able to clearly articulate ideas and opportunities

·  Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with all people, and to lead and influence people

Design | 11 January 2018 APPAREL DESIGNER/GRAPHIC ARTIST

Position Vacant: APPAREL DESIGNER/GRAPHIC ARTIST

The Position

We are seeking an apparel designer / artist with strong illustration and a natural artist for our Pacific Creations brand.

You will primarily be responsible for producing apparel art (tee shirt prints) across men’s & ladies’ as well as accessories. In addition to apparel graphics you will also be working on seasonal marketing material - catalogues, in-store POP and website.

This exciting role is based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. You will be working in collaboration with a team of artists and reporting directly to the Brand Manager. We have a very creative & talented design studio however we are seeking an individual that we can mentor, develop and who can create and design unique art work / illustrations and graphics that are "on brand".

You will be involved in research presentations on key projects and designing graphic art for the Pacific Creation range. You will create initial concepts / sketches through to final art and follow through strike off sampling to approved bulk approval.

This position would suit someone looking to progress their career in a supportive environment in apparel & accessories design.

About You

The successful applicant will be passionate and focused on an apparel / fashion design career. You must be creative, efficient, productive and positive.
